Khawarij’s Cowardly Attack on Ambulance Leaves Four Dead on Bannu CPEC Road

 Heinous attack carried out by the Khawarij on a private ambulance traveling on the CPEC Road in the Ghoriwala area of Bannu District.

According to initial reports, Khawarij opened indiscriminate fire on the private ambulance while it was passing through the Ghoriwala section of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Road. As a result of the brutal attack, four dead bodies were recovered from the ambulance. The identities of the deceased are being ascertained, while law enforcement agencies have secured the area and initiated a comprehensive investigation into the incident.

This cowardly act reflects the Khawarij’s complete disregard for human life and humanitarian values. Targeting an ambulance a vehicle dedicated to providing emergency medical services and transporting the sick, injured, and deceased is a reprehensible crime that violates all moral, humanitarian, and legal principles.

Security forces and law enforcement agencies have launched a search and clearance operation in the surrounding area to trace and apprehend those responsible. Authorities remain fully committed to ensuring that all individuals involved in this barbaric act are brought to justice.

The Government extends its deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the families of the deceased during this difficult time. Every possible effort will be made to identify the victims, investigate the circumstances surrounding the attack, and ensure that justice is served.

The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have consistently demonstrated resilience in the face of such violence. These cowardly acts by the Khawarij will not weaken the resolve of the Government, security forces, or the public in their collective commitment to safeguarding peace, protecting innocent lives, and maintaining the writ of the State.
