Timely Strike by Pakistan Forces Stops Taliban Incursion at North Waziristan Border

The Pakistan Army has successfully conducted a decisive counter-terrorism operation, named Operation Ghazb-Lil-Haq, targeting Afghan Taliban elements and extremist groups identified as Fitna-ul-Khawarij in North Waziristan. The operation, conducted with precision and professionalism, underscores the Pakistan Armed Forces’ continued commitment to ensuring national security and safeguarding the integrity of the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.

According to security sources, intelligence-led planning enabled the Pakistan Army to intercept and neutralize a significant infiltration attempt in the Mawa Kelay area along the border. Afghan Taliban operatives were reportedly preparing to cross into Pakistan to carry out destabilizing activities.

During the operation, multiple Taliban fighters were eliminated, and several others abandoned their positions and fled in disarray.
