The Pakistan Armed Forces, as part of Operation Ghazab-Lil-Haq, have successfully repelled coordinated attacks by the Afghan Taliban across multiple locations in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), inflicting heavy losses on enemy forces while sustaining minimal casualties.In Northern Balochistan, the Afghan Taliban launched physical attacks on 16 locations in the districts of Qilla Saifullah, Noshki, and Chaman, in addition to attempting fire raids on 25 other positions.
Official security sources confirmed that all attacks were effectively repulsed, resulting in 27 Taliban operatives killed and numerous others injured. During these engagements, one soldier of FC Balochistan North made the ultimate sacrifice defending the nation, while five other soldiers sustained injuries in the line of duty. In KP, Taliban forces attempted a physical assault at one location and conducted fire raids on 12 additional sites. All attacks were successfully repelled without any loss of life among Pakistani forces. Security sources report that 40 Taliban fighters were killed during overnight operations in KP, and follow-up clearance operations remain ongoing.
