Operation Ghazab Lil Haq: Pakistan Armed Forces Decimate Multiple Afghan Taliban Posts Along the Border

In the early hours of 27 February 2026, unprovoked aggression was carried out by elements of the Afghan Taliban along the Pakistan–Afghanistan border, according to security sources. Under Operation Ghazab Lil Haq, the Pakistan Armed Forces initiated immediate, proportionate, and targeted defensive actions to repel the hostile attack and safeguard national sovereignty. Multiple Taliban military posts used to launch cross-border fire were effectively engaged and destroyed.

Security sources confirm that in the strategically significant Angoor Adda sector, Pakistani forces carried out precision strikes against identified hostile infrastructure. A substantial portion of enemy positions in the Angoor Adda area was neutralized during the operation.

Ongoing operations in the border region continue to focus on identified Taliban military positions. The response remains deliberate, controlled, and confined strictly to hostile elements responsible for initiating aggression.

The Armed Forces of Pakistan remain fully vigilant and operationally prepared to defend the country’s territorial integrity against any further provocation. All necessary measures are being undertaken to ensure border security and regional stability.
