Security forces have successfully countered multiple terrorist threats in North Waziristan, including a quadcopter drone attack on civilians and a targeted ambush eliminating a key militant operative. In the early incident, militants launched a quadcopter drone attack in Muski village, Mir Ali Tehsil, injuring a local civilian, Haji Noor Khan. The injured individual was immediately transported to Khalifa Gul Nawaz Hospital, Bannu, where he is receiving medical care. Authorities confirmed that Mr. Khan’s condition is being closely monitored, and prompt emergency response minimized further harm.
In a coordinated intelligence-based operation, security forces targeted the Miranshah-Mirali Road area, successfully neutralizing the Kharji terrorist Muhammad Gul, a known operative linked to multiple militant activities in the region.
