A Frontier Constabulary post in the Tank district was targeted earlier today in a drone-based attack carried out by militants. The quadcopter strike resulted in the martyrdom of one FC soldier and left several others injured.
During the incident, Havildar Asif Khan embraced martyrdom while performing his duty. Sepoy Hashim Daraz, Sepoy Aurangzeb, Sepoy Imtiaz, and Subedar Zar Gul sustained injuries and were immediately shifted to medical facilities, where they are receiving treatment. Hospital sources have confirmed that the injured personnel are in stable condition.
