In a tragic incident at Orangi Town, Karachi, an explosion tore through the office of the Awami National Party (ANP) near Mominabad Badr Chowk, causing the entire building to collapse. Seven individuals, all ANP workers, were trapped under the debris and sustained injuries.

Emergency response teams, including Chhipa Ambulance and Rescue 1122, quickly arrived at the scene. The injured were promptly transported to Abbasi and Civil Burn Ward Hospitals for medical treatment.

SSP West, Tariq Mastoi, confirmed that the building, in a dilapidated state, housed the ANP office but no residential occupants. The explosion occurred when a fan switch was turned on, triggering a powerful blast. Authorities suspect a gas leak may have been the cause.

The situation is still under investigation, and further details are expected soon.
