According to the sources, among those repatriated, 199,053 individuals were residing illegally in Pakistan. Meanwhile, 60,094 migrants held valid Proof of Registration (PoR) cards but were included in the organised return process.
Authorities further stated that Balochistan had hosted approximately 900,000 Afghan migrants, including 313,000 registered refugees, while more than 500,000 individuals were unregistered and residing across various districts of the province.
Officials reaffirmed that the repatriation process remains structured, monitored and in line with government policy aimed at documenting foreign residents and regulating cross-border movement. They added that the provincial administration continues to coordinate with federal agencies to ensure that the return process is orderly and compliant with humanitarian norms.
