Who Targeted Two BLF Militants in Iran’s Remote Mountain Region?

Two militants affiliated with the Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) were killed in an attack by unidentified armed individuals in Iran, sources said on Saturday.

According to available information, the deceased were identified as Izzat, son of Master Noor, and Juma, son of Faiz, both residents of the Dazen Tamp area in Iran. Sources said Izzat’s father is a headmaster at a government school, while Juma is reportedly the son of Faiz, a senior commander of the BLF.

The incident occurred when the two individuals were reportedly present in a mountainous area, where they were targeted and killed by unknown assailants. The circumstances surrounding the attack remain unclear.

Following the incident, security measures were tightened in the area, and investigations are currently underway to determine the identities of the attackers and the motive behind the killings.

No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack, and Iranian authorities have not issued an official statement at the time of filing this report.
