In a precise intelligence-based operation carried out in Awaran, security forces successfully eliminated two key commanders of the banned group Fitna al-Hindustan (FAH), striking a serious blow to the network that has long fueled instability in parts of Balochistan.
Both commanders were high-value targets wanted by the state for orchestrating a string of violent attacks. Their list of crimes included ambushes on security forces, planting IEDs, killing innocent civilians, and even looting banks, all aimed at spreading terror and chaos under the banner of foreign-backed militancy.
The successful operation is part of an ongoing, methodical campaign to dismantle FAH’s entire footprint in the region. These commanders were not just field operators, they were strategic links in a larger chain of disruption, violence, and subversion tied to external agendas.
The state, meanwhile, has reiterated its unwavering stance: Balochistan belongs to its people, not to armed proxies or separatist ambitions.
“The people of Balochistan will not bow to violence. The state is dismantling every network of terror, piece by piece,” a security official said following the operation.
As Pakistan continues to root out the remnants of FAH and other violent outfits operating under the ‘Fitna al-Hindustan’ doctrine, the message is loud and clear, there is no room for terrorism under any disguise.
