A 14-year-old boy was tragically killed by terrorist gunfire during a swift security operation in Mastung, underscoring the ruthless tactics of terrorists affiliated with Fitna-e-Hindustan.
Led by DPO Mastung, the operation resulted in the elimination of three terrorists and the arrest of five others, all linked to the Indian-sponsored terrorist outfit, BLA. The clash began near the Levies compound and ended near Ornach Dam, where Frontier Corps intercepted the fleeing terrorists.
The death of the young boy highlights the continuing threat posed by foreign-backed terrorist networks to innocent civilians in the region.
Earlier, armed assailants launched a violent assault on Mastung’s central bazaar, killing one person and injuring seven others in a barrage of gunfire and explosions. The attackers also targeted three banks, torched government vehicles and buildings, and triggered a complete shutdown of commercial activity in the area. A large-scale search operation is underway to apprehend those responsible.
