Terrorists Blow Up Bridge in Bannu’s Baka Khel, Causing Major Infrastructure Damage

Terrorists targeted key public infrastructure in the Ghora Baka Khel area of Bannu by detonating explosive material on a bridge, causing severe structural damage, police confirmed. According to police officials, the incident took place within the jurisdiction of Miryan Police Station, where terrorists planted explosives on the bridge and blew it up, rendering it unsafe and disrupting movement for residents of the surrounding areas. The blast caused significant damage to the structure and posed serious risks to public safety.

Police stated that the attack appears to be part of a broader pattern of sabotage in the area. Earlier, terrorists had also attempted to destroy another bridge in the same locality, indicating a deliberate effort to damage infrastructure and create instability.
