In a robust demonstration of operational readiness, the Pakistan Army has successfully carried out targeted counter-operations against Afghan Taliban and extremist elements in the South Waziristan sector. The operations, part of Operation Ghazab Lil Haq, continue to neutralize militant strongholds along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.
According to official security sources, the Army focused its precision strikes on key Taliban positions stretching from Shawal to Zarmalan. These coordinated actions resulted in the effective destruction of multiple insurgent posts, significantly degrading the operational capabilities of militant forces in the region.
The operations form part of a broader campaign to ensure the long-term stability and security of South Waziristan. Security sources confirmed that the Army will continue Operation Ghazab Lil Haq until all objectives are fully achieved, maintaining pressure on militant networks to prevent regrouping or cross-border infiltration.
The Pakistan Army reiterates its commitment to safeguarding citizens and maintaining regional peace and stability, underscoring that any attempts to undermine security will be met with decisive action.
