An atmosphere of exemplary coordination and mutual trust between state institutions and the public has been established in Lakki Marwat, reflecting the shared resolve to ensure lasting peace, stability, and development in the region.
A high-level meeting was held under the auspices of the Pakistan Army in Lakki Marwat, bringing together senior officers from the police, civil administration, and other state departments. The session aimed to strengthen institutional harmony, improve law and order, and accelerate ongoing counterterrorism efforts.
The meeting was attended by GOC Major General Mudassar Saeed, along with the RPO and Commissioner Bannu, as well as other senior civil and military officials. Participants reviewed coordinated strategies focused on consolidating peace, promoting socio-economic development, and countering extremist elements threatening regional stability.
It was reaffirmed that all state institutions stand united in their mission to rid Lakki Marwat of terrorism and the menace of Khawarij, ensuring lasting security for the people of the area. During the session, it was agreed to enhance intelligence sharing, tighten security along internal and external routes, and continue close coordination among all law enforcement and administrative bodies.
Addressing the gathering, Major General Mudassar Saeed paid tribute to the sacrifices of the Lakki Marwat Police, describing their courage and commitment as a source of pride for the nation. He reiterated that all institutions would continue to work together to meet every challenge with determination and unity.
The participants unanimously resolved to further strengthen inter-institutional trust and cooperation to sustain peace and ensure progress in the region.
