SSG Commando Martyred in DI Khan Operation Against Khwarij

Dera Ismail Khan – A soldier of the Special Services Group (SSG) was martyred during a search and strike operation against terrorists from the banned Fitna Al-khwarij in the areas of Dera Ismail Khan’s Daraban and Kulachi regions. The commando, Basit, succumbed to his injuries after exhibiting extraordinary courage in a fierce battle in the village of Madi, Kulachi.

According to security sources, Commando Bast was gravely wounded while fighting against militants. Despite immediate medical aid, he could not survive his injuries and attained martyrdom. His bravery during the operation has been lauded by his comrades.

The operation, aimed at clearing the region of terrorists, had already resulted in the killing of four khwarij . Following the operation, the majority of the area was declared clear, but the search and strike operations continue, as security forces remain on alert for any remaining militant presence.
