Soldier Martyred, Several Injured in Attacks by Fitna-al-Hindustan in Balochistan

In a fresh wave of violence orchestrated by Fitna-al-Hindustan, a Pakistan Army soldier was martyred and several others sustained injuries in two coordinated attacks targeting security forces and law enforcement infrastructure in Balochistan.

The first attack occurred in the restive Tump area of Kech district, where a Pakistan Army foot patrol came under sudden fire from gunmen affiliated with Fitna-al-Hindustan. According to security officials, the soldiers were on routine patrol near Mirabad when they were ambushed. One soldier embraced martyrdom on the spot while another was critically injured. The injured was evacuated to a nearby military medical facility, and a large-scale search operation has been launched in the area to eliminate the hostile elements.

In a separate but seemingly synchronized strike, the office of the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police in Kharan city was targeted in a series of explosions. Multiple improvised explosive devices (IEDs) detonated in succession, causing structural damage and injuring at least three individuals. The wounded were immediately shifted to Civil Hospital Kharan for emergency treatment.

Preliminary investigations point towards the involvement of Fitna-al-Hindustan — a proxy network widely believed to be operating with foreign intelligence backing — in both incidents. Senior security officials view these attacks as part of a calculated campaign to destabilize Balochistan and hinder Pakistan’s efforts to restore peace and development in the province.

“Such cowardly acts by foreign-sponsored elements will not weaken our resolve. The sacrifices of our soldiers will not go in vain,” a senior military official stated, adding that operations are ongoing to bring the perpetrators to justice.

As of the filing of this report, no public claim of responsibility has been made, but intelligence agencies are closely monitoring cross-border linkages and communications to trace the masterminds behind the twin attacks.
