Shocking: BLA Using Drug-Injected Fighters for Suicide Attacks, Reveals Operation Pehrud Cleanser

Shocking new intelligence report has revealed that terrorists, affiliated with India-backed Fitna al-Hindustan (BLA), in Balochistan are being drugged with powerful narcotics before being sent on suicide missions, according to officials involved in a recent counter-terrorism operation.

The revelation came during Operation Pehrud Cleanser, a targeted security sweep that uncovered a major hideout belonging to the banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA). Forces recovered a substantial cache of narcotics, including injectable drugs, crystal meth (commonly known as “ice”), various powders, opium, and hashish.

Security and intelligence officials believe the militants were routinely administered these substances; particularly injectable drugs, to induce a heightened, trance-like state prior to being deployed for so-called “fidayeen” or suicide attacks. This practice, they say, reduces fear and hesitation, making the operatives more “controllable” by handlers.

A senior counter-terrorism source called the discovery “deeply alarming,” stating it highlights the BLA’s increasing reliance on psychological manipulation and substance abuse to maintain its campaign of violence. He added that this tactic reflects both desperation and cruelty, exploiting drug dependency as a tool of radicalisation.

Authorities are now conducting forensic analysis of the seized substances, and further raids are expected in connection with the bust. Security forces have vowed to intensify operations across the province, particularly in regions where militant networks are believed to be using narcotics both as a recruitment tool and a weapon of war.
