Security Forces Neutralise Seven Indian-Sponsored Khawarij in North Waziristan

Seven militants affiliated with Indian-sponsored Fitna al-Khawarij were killed in two separate intelligence-based operations conducted by Pakistan’s Security Forces in North Waziristan District.

In the first operation in the Mir Ali area, security forces engaged militants after confirming their presence. Following an intense exchange of fire, six Khwarij were killed. A second operation in Spinwam resulted in the neutralization of one additional militant.

Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the deceased militants, who had been actively involved in terrorist attacks against security forces, law enforcement agencies, and targeted killings of civilians.

Sanitization operations are ongoing to eliminate any remaining threats in the area. Authorities reaffirmed that Pakistan’s counter-terrorism campaign under the vision “Azm e Istehkam”, as approved by the Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan, will continue at full pace to eradicate foreign-sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.
