Security Forces Foil Major Attack by Fitna-al-Hindustan in Surab, Kill Five Operatives

Security forces successfully thwarted a major assault by Fitna-al-Hindustan on a police station in Surab, Balochistan, killing five operatives in a swift counter operation, official sources confirmed.

According to security officials, heavily armed members of Fitna-al-Hindustan launched a brazen attack on the police station. However, the prompt and effective response by the security forces neutralised the threat before the attackers could inflict any damage. The remaining assailants managed to flee towards the nearby mountainous terrain under pressure.

Five operatives of the proscribed network were killed during the encounter, and a significant cache of weapons and ammunition was recovered from their possession. The area was immediately cordoned off and thoroughly cleared to eliminate any residual threat.

It was reported on Friday that some personnel from Fitna-al-Hindustan have robbed banks in Balochistan besides that they also attacked on the house of ADC Revenue and he got martyred fighting with them.

“The situation has been stabilised and the national highway, which had been briefly closed for security reasons, has now been fully reopened for traffic,” a senior security official stated.

The failed assault underscores the unwavering commitment and operational readiness of Pakistan’s security forces in confronting and dismantling hostile networks operating under the banner of Fitna-al-Hindustan. The incident also highlights the evolving threat landscape in Balochistan, where anti-state elements continue to target vital institutions under foreign instigation.

Security agencies reaffirmed their resolve to pursue all affiliates and facilitators of Fitna-al-Hindustan with full force, ensuring lasting peace and stability in the region.
