Security forces successfully eliminated two Khawarij in a precise intelligence-based operation carried out in the Mir Ali Bazaar area of North Waziristan, thwarting a major attempt by the extremists to establish their presence in the region.
According to security officials, the Khawarij were attempting to clandestinely set up an illegal checkpost—part of a broader strategy to terrorize local residents and assert control—when they were intercepted and neutralized by swift action from the forces.
