Security Forces Eliminate 34 Indian-Backed Khwarij in Major Counterterrorism Operations Across KP: ISPR

In a series of precise and intelligence-based operations conducted from October 13 to 15, Pakistan’s security forces eliminated 34 Khwarij belonging to the Indian proxy outfit “Fitna Al Khwarij” across multiple districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Acting on credible intelligence regarding the presence of terrorists, security forces launched an operation in the Spinwam area of North Waziristan District. During an intense exchange of fire, troops effectively engaged the hideout, sending eighteen Khwarij to hell.

In a follow-up operation in South Waziristan District, eight more Khwarij were neutralized after a fierce engagement, while a third encounter in Bannu District resulted in the elimination of another eight terrorists.

Subsequent sanitization operations are underway to clear the area of any remaining Indian-sponsored militants. The operations form part of Pakistan’s relentless counterterrorism campaign under “Azm-e-Istehkam” — a national strategy approved by the Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan — aimed at eradicating all forms of foreign-sponsored terrorism from the country.

The Pakistan Armed Forces reaffirmed their unwavering commitment to safeguard the nation’s security and stability, vowing that such operations would continue at full pace until the complete elimination of the terrorist threat.
