Security Forces Eliminate 31 Indian-Backed Khawarij in KP Operations

Security forces killed 31 Indian-sponsored Khawarij in two major intelligence-based operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on September 13 and 14, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Sunday. According to the ISPR, the first operation was conducted in Lakki Marwat, where a fierce exchange of fire resulted in the elimination of 14 Khawarij. In a separate action in Bannu, 17 more were killed after security forces precisely targeted their hideouts. Both operations dealt a decisive blow to the network of Indian proxies operating in the region.

“The sanctuaries of Indian-backed Khawarij were effectively struck, and their attempts to destabilise Pakistan foiled,” the ISPR said, adding that security forces remain resolute in their mission to eradicate terrorism from the country.

The statement further underlined that clearance operations are continuing across the province to ensure that no element of Indian-sponsored Khawarij is left to threaten peace and stability. “The menace of terrorism orchestrated from across the border will be rooted out completely,” the ISPR maintained.
