The tradition of supreme sacrifice continues among the brave sons of Lakki Marwat, as they lay down their lives in the sacred defence of the motherland. Following the martyrdom of Sepoy Mudassir from Dalo Khel and Lance Naik Saleem Khan from Baigan village of Masti Khel Bettani, another courageous soul; Rizwanullah, son of Ismatullah from Mohallah Zaman Khel, embraced martyrdom with honour.
According to sources, Rizwanullah was serving in the Frontier Corps and was stationed in Waziristan. He attained martyrdom while courageously confronting the menace of Khawarij terrorists during an ongoing military operation in the region.
Earlier, on June 13, two more sons of Lakki Marwat had embraced martyrdom: Sepoy Mudassir, who was part of the Frontier Corps and fell in battle against the “Fitna al-Hindustan” in Balochistan; and Lance Naik Saleem Khan of the Frontier Constabulary, who was martyred in Kurram while confronting the “Fitna al-Khawarij.”
These sacrifices are part of a proud, ongoing legacy; a legacy where brave sons from every region, ethnicity, and language across Pakistan, from Khyber to Karachi and Bolan, rise to defend their homeland with blood, courage, and unshakable loyalty. Whether in the ranks of the Pakistan Army, Police, FC, or other law enforcement agencies, these heroes have proven time and again that the spirit of martyrdom and patriotism is alive and unwavering.
The nation will forever remember and honour these sacrifices. Every officer and soldier in Pakistan’s armed forces and security institutions carries the same fire in their hearts, to protect this land, to stand firm on every front, and, if needed, to write the story of loyalty in the ink of their own blood.
This is the spirit that has humbled every enemy of Pakistan, and will continue to do so.
