The Pakistan Armed Forces have intensified their retaliatory operations in response to recent aggression by the Afghan Taliban, executing highly effective and targeted strikes to neutralize enemy capabilities.
According to official security sources, the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) successfully conducted precision airstrikes on strategic Taliban assets in Jalalabad, destroying ammunition depots and drone storage facilities. These operations have inflicted significant losses on Afghan Taliban forces and affiliated extremist elements, further demonstrating the resolve and operational readiness of Pakistan’s security forces.
The ongoing operation, codenamed “Ghazab-lil-Haq”, has so far yielded decisive results. More than 400 Taliban operatives have been confirmed killed, and over 630 have sustained injuries. In addition, 51 key Taliban-controlled locations inside Afghanistan have been effectively targeted through coordinated air and ground strikes.
In ground operations, Pakistan Armed Forces have destroyed 188 Taliban checkpoints and successfully seized control of 31 additional posts. Enemy armored units, including 188 tanks, armored vehicles, and artillery positions, have also been neutralized. These measures reflect the precision, coordination, and tactical superiority of Pakistan’s military in safeguarding national security and responding to external provocations.
The Ministry of Information emphasized that these operations underscore Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to protecting its sovereignty and territorial integrity, sending a clear message to any entity seeking to undermine peace in the region. The security forces remain fully prepared to respond decisively to any further acts of aggression by the Afghan Taliban regime.
