Two workers associated with the National Emergency Polio Campaign were abducted at gunpoint near Kot Daulat in the Kulachi tehsil, police officials confirmed.
According to the police, the two employees — identified as Raza Muhammad and Muhammad Asif — were returning after receiving training for the polio vaccination drive when unidentified assailants intercepted their vehicle. The attackers opened fire to stop a passenger coach, checked identification cards, and forcibly took the two workers with them to an undisclosed location.

Authorities said that the incident is being treated with utmost urgency, given the critical nature of the national polio eradication campaign.
