Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that the government and security institutions will not rest until terrorism is completely eradicated from Pakistan, stressing that the fight against this menace will continue until the last terrorist is eliminated.
He said terrorism remains the biggest threat to Pakistan’s peace, economy, and national unity, adding that defeating it requires collective resolve and unity from the entire nation.
The prime minister praised Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir for providing strong and effective leadership to the armed forces in the ongoing war against terrorism. He said the Pakistan Army, law enforcement agencies, and intelligence services are making exemplary sacrifices, which the nation acknowledges and salutes.
Reaffirming the government’s commitment, Prime Minister Shehbaz said the state stands shoulder to shoulder with its defenders and is providing them with all possible resources and full political support to ensure the complete defeat of terrorism.
