Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has said that Pakistan’s security forces remain unwavering in their resolve to defend the country’s borders and eliminate the scourge of terrorism, adding that Pakistan is winning the war against terrorism.
He expressed these views while paying tribute to the security forces for foiling an infiltration attempt by terrorists from Afghanistan affiliated with the “Fitna al-Khawarij” in the Hassan Khel area of North Waziristan district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The Prime Minister commended the security forces for demonstrating exceptional professional skills by timely thwarting the terrorist infiltration. He said the entire nation stands firmly with its security forces in the fight against terrorism.
Shehbaz Sharif further emphasized that the successful operations reflect the unwavering commitment of Pakistan’s security forces to defend the country’s frontiers and eradicate terrorism. He added that Pakistan is achieving significant successes against terrorists and steadily advancing in the war on terror.
