Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has strongly condemned the terrorist attack carried out by Fitna-al-Khawarij on a security forces camp in North Waziristan, reaffirming that the entire nation stands united and fully determined to eliminate terrorism from Pakistan.
The Prime Minister praised the swift and decisive response of Pakistan’s security forces, which resulted in the elimination of four terrorists during the operation. He paid glowing tribute to the brave soldiers who embraced martyrdom while defending the nation, including Havaldar Muhammad Waqas, Naik Khanwaz, Sepoy Sufiyan Haider, and Sepoy Rifat.
PM Shehbaz Sharif offered prayers for the elevation of the martyrs’ ranks and extended heartfelt condolences to their families. He also prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured in the attack. He stated that under the “Azm-e-Istehkam” vision, Pakistan’s security forces are achieving major successes against terrorism, with the full support of the nation.
He emphasized that the people of Pakistan stand shoulder to shoulder with their armed forces and remain resolute in ensuring the complete eradication of terrorism.
Meanwhile, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi also lauded the security forces for foiling the terrorist attack in the Boya area of North Waziristan. He said timely action by the forces crushed the malicious intentions of Fitna-al-Khawarij militants and demonstrated exceptional professional competence.
The Interior Minister paid tribute to the four martyred personnel and expressed deep sympathy with their families. He also prayed for the swift recovery of 15 civilians injured in the incident, stating that the supreme sacrifice of the nation’s brave sons will never be forgotten.
