Pakistan has reiterated its support for a peaceful resolution of the Yemen crisis through dialogue and diplomacy, emphasizing its commitment to strengthening partnership, brotherhood, and unity in the region.
In response to questions about the situation in Yemen, Foreign Office spokesperson Tahir Andarabi said that Pakistan fully supports diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving the crisis and achieving long-term stability in the region.
He added that Pakistan firmly believes in Yemen’s sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity, and is ready to play a constructive role in promoting peace and stability in the region.
The spokesperson also welcomed positive steps taken by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to support peace efforts in Yemen, describing these actions as wise and farsighted.
He highlighted that the initiatives by these brotherly nations reflect a shared commitment to regional peace, and Pakistan remains prepared to contribute positively to strengthening cooperation, solidarity, and stability across the region.
