Pakistan Refutes Indian Army Chief’s Drone Claims

Pakistan categorically rejects the recent claims made by the Indian Army Chief regarding alleged “drone intrusions” originating from Pakistani territory. These allegations are entirely unsubstantiated and have been made without any technical evidence or verification.

No radar tracks, RF signatures, telemetry data, launch vectors, or ISR correlation have been shared with Pakistan through the established DGMO hotline or any official military channels. The absence of such information makes the claims baseless and inconsistent with accepted international norms of incident attribution.

Pakistan maintains robust airspace monitoring along its borders, incorporating a network of primary and secondary radar systems, electro-optical surveillance, and layered air defense mechanisms. At no point has any violation originating from Pakistani territory been detected, documented, or reported. The nation’s airspace security protocols remain stringent, credible, and fully operational.

Proper attribution of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) activity requires forensic wreckage analysis, electronic fingerprinting, flight-path reconstruction, and command-and-control (C2) linkage verification none of which has been provided by India in this instance. Assertions without verifiable evidence cannot be considered credible and risk inflaming tensions based on narrative-driven rhetoric rather than fact.

Pakistan urges restraint and adherence to professional military communication channels. Constructive dialogue and data sharing through the DGMO hotline or other official mechanisms remain the only effective means to address any concerns regarding airspace violations. Public statements without time-stamped, verifiable data serve only to escalate tensions unnecessarily.

The Government and Armed Forces of Pakistan remain committed to upholding regional peace and stability. While Pakistan remains fully capable of safeguarding its territorial integrity, it emphasizes that responsible reporting, verification, and professional military discourse are essential to preventing misunderstanding and conflict.
