Pakistan Exposes India’s State-Sponsored Terrorism and Aggression at UN Security Council

In a powerful and unflinching address during an open debate of the UN Security Council, Pakistan’s Permanent Representative Ambassador Usman Jadoon tore through Indian propaganda, exposing New Delhi’s systematic sponsorship of terrorism in Pakistan, its illegal occupation of Jammu and Kashmir, and repeated violations of international law.

Responding directly to the Indian delegate’s provocative remarks, Ambassador Jadoon condemned India’s misuse of the Security Council platform to peddle falsehoods and baseless accusations. “The Indian representative today attempted to mislead this august forum with fabricated claims. But the truth is undeniable: India is not a victim—it is the perpetrator,” he declared.

Ambassador Jadoon stated unequivocally that India remains an illegal occupier of the disputed territory of Jammu and Kashmir and has persistently defied the UN Security Council’s resolutions, which recognize the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination. “India itself internationalized the Kashmir issue by bringing it to the Security Council, and now it shamelessly refuses to abide by the very resolutions it once sought,” he added.

The Pakistani envoy accused India of actively orchestrating and facilitating terrorist activities inside Pakistan. “India’s hands are stained with the blood of innocent Pakistanis. Its involvement in cross-border terrorism is documented and undeniable,” Jadoon said, calling on the international community to hold India accountable for exporting violence in the region.

He further highlighted India’s disturbing record of minority persecution, citing well-documented reports by global human rights organizations that expose widespread discrimination, violence, and repression under the current Indian regime.

Ambassador Jadoon also drew the Council’s attention to India’s attempt to unilaterally and unlawfully suspend the Indus Waters Treaty—an internationally binding agreement. “India’s intent is clear: to weaponize water and deprive the people of Pakistan of their rightful share. This is not just a violation of international law—it is an act of environmental aggression,” he warned.

Referring to India’s recent military provocations, Jadoon said, “Between May 7 and 10, India engaged in open aggression against Pakistan. In the exercise of our inherent right to self-defense, Pakistan responded with precision, shooting down six Indian warplanes and delivering significant military setbacks to the aggressor.”

Concluding his remarks, Ambassador Jadoon issued a blunt message to New Delhi: “India must abandon its arrogance and confront the reality of its actions. It is time for self-reflection and accountability. The path to peace does not lie in deception and denial, but in truth and justice.”

Ambassador Usman Jadoon’s powerful rebuttal shattered India’s false narrative at the Security Council, reaffirming Pakistan’s principled stance on Kashmir, regional peace, and its unwavering commitment to counterterrorism and international law.
