Pakistan Expels Indian Diplomat for Misconduct, Declares Him Persona Non Grata

In a significant diplomatic development, Pakistan has expelled a staff member of the Indian High Commission in Islamabad, declaring him persona non grata for engaging in activities that violated his diplomatic privileges.

According to a press release issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), the individual was found involved in actions deemed inconsistent with his diplomatic status. The official has been ordered to leave the country within 24 hours.

The Indian Chargé d affaires was summoned to the Foreign Office and formally informed of the decision. During the meeting, Pakistan strongly emphasized that no diplomat or staff member of the Indian High Commission should misuse their privileges or engage in any activity that breaches diplomatic norms.

This move is likely to further strain already tense relations between the two neighboring countries.
