Pakistan and Turkey have successfully concluded their first bilateral naval special forces exercise, marking a significant step in strengthening cooperation and coordination between the two friendly nations’ naval forces.
According to a Pakistan Navy spokesperson, the exercise included a variety of training activities such as live-fire drills, demonstrations of sea and land operations, and urban combat scenarios. Live-fire exercises and simulated war scenarios were conducted to enhance joint operational readiness and strategic coordination in coastal areas.
The exercise concluded with a comprehensive drill in a designated coastal area, testing both navies’ ability to respond to threats on land and at sea, and assessing their operational preparedness and combat capabilities.
The spokesperson emphasized that the bilateral exercise reflects the deep and robust defence ties between Pakistan and Turkey and underscores both countries’ commitment to regional peace and stability through joint initiatives.
