The opening ceremony of the 3rd Pak-Morocco Joint Bilateral Military Exercise 2025 was held at the Special Operations School in Cherat on Monday, marking the commencement of a collaborative counter-terrorism training initiative between the Pakistan Army and the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces.
According to ISPR, Special Services Group (SSG) troops of the Pakistan Army and Moroccan Special Forces are participating in the exercise, which aims to enhance professional capabilities through joint training and to further strengthen the historic military-to-military cooperation between the two friendly nations.
The Commandant of the Special Operations School, Cherat, attended the ceremony as the chief guest and welcomed the participants. The joint exercise is focused on sharing counter-terrorism expertise, improving operational coordination, and promoting mutual understanding. Troops from both sides expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to benefit from each other’s experience and tactical knowledge.
