The joint operation Shabaan, being conducted by the Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps (FC), and Police against terrorist elements in Balochistan, continues successfully with significant operational achievements.
In the latest intelligence-based air and ground operations conducted in different areas of the province, Security Forces eliminated seven more Kharijite terrorists involved in multiple terrorist activities. With this latest success, the total number of terrorists neutralized during Operation Shabaan has reached 64.
According to security sources, the coordinated operations were carried out on the basis of credible intelligence inputs, enabling Security Forces to effectively target terrorist hideouts and disrupt their activities. The successful execution of these operations reflects the strong coordination, operational readiness, and professional capabilities of Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps Balochistan, and Police personnel engaged in the counterterrorism campaign.
Security sources further stated that since the launch of Operation Shabaan, a total of 64 terrorists have been eliminated, while ongoing intelligence-based operations across Balochistan and other areas have resulted in the neutralization of 102 terrorists since July 5.
The sustained operations are part of Pakistan’s comprehensive efforts to dismantle terrorist networks, prevent hostile activities, and restore lasting peace and stability in Balochistan. Security Forces remain fully committed to pursuing terrorist elements, their facilitators, and support networks wherever they seek to operate.
Security sources reiterated that operations against terrorism will continue without interruption until the complete eradication of terrorist threats from the country.
