Operation Ghazab Lil Haq: Taliban Combatant Killed, Three Captured in Chaman Sweep

Pakistani security forces continue their effective counterterrorism operations in the Chaman sector as part of Operation “Ghazab Lil Haq,” targeting Afghan Taliban militants and banned Fitna al-Khawarij elements, according to official security sources.

Based on actionable intelligence, the Pakistan Army carried out a highly coordinated operation against a formation of armed Afghan Taliban operatives. The clearance operation was successfully executed, resulting in the elimination of one Taliban combatant, while three militants were captured alive in wounded condition. Security officials emphasized that the swift and precise action reflects the army’s high level of operational expertise and preparedness.

The area was comprehensively secured during the operation, with the Pakistani forces conducting a full-scale clearance of hostile elements. Security measures have since been further tightened in the region, and ongoing interrogations of the captured Fitna al-Khawarij operatives are expected to provide actionable intelligence regarding militant networks and cross-border activities.

The operation underscores the sustained vigilance and dedication of Pakistani security forces in maintaining law and order along the border areas, and their resolve to confront militant threats decisively while protecting local communities.
