Operation Ghazab Lil Haq: 4 High-Value Khawarij Bases Hit in Kabul, Kandahar, and Paktia

The Pakistan Armed Forces have successfully carried out a series of precision airstrikes against Afghan Taliban and Fitna-al-Khawarij (FAK) terrorist hideouts, including key military installations, in Afghanistan, officials confirmed. The operations took place during the night of 12–13 March 2026 and targeted multiple high-value terrorist locations.

According to security sources, the airstrikes achieved significant operational success:

  • In Kabul, the infrastructure of the 313 Corps was targeted and effectively destroyed, disrupting key command and control capabilities.

  • In Kandahar, the Tarawo terrorist camp was successfully neutralized. Additionally, the airfield oil storage site and adjacent logistical infrastructure were destroyed, significantly impairing the militants’ operational capacity in the region.

  • In Paktia province, the Shiranau terrorist camp was struck during a coordinated aerial operation, further weakening the Khawarij and Taliban network in the area.

Officials stated that these operations are part of Operation Ghazab Lil Haq, aimed at degrading terrorist infrastructure, eliminating militant safe havens, and reducing the operational capabilities of groups threatening Pakistan’s security. Security sources emphasized that the airstrikes were precisely planned and executed, minimizing collateral damage while achieving maximum impact on militant networks.

A spokesperson for the Pakistan Armed Forces said:
“Operation Ghazab Lil Haq demonstrates our unwavering commitment to neutralizing terrorist threats. Our forces will continue targeted operations until all high-value militant targets are eliminated, and security is restored for the region.”

The armed forces confirmed that operations under Operation Ghazab Lil Haq will continue until all objectives are met, including the destruction of terrorist infrastructure and the elimination of threats emanating from Afghan territory.

These actions reflect Pakistan’s strategic resolve and operational readiness to respond decisively to terrorism and cross-border threats, ensuring national security and regional stability.
