Massive Security Sweep in Balochistan: 32 Fitna-al-Hindustan Neutralized, 11 Captured Alive

Pakistan’s security forces have successfully conducted a coordinated, multi-district operation across Balochistan, targeting militant networks affiliated with the Baloch Liberation Army’s (BLA) Fitna-al-Hindustan (FAH) faction. The operation has resulted in significant militant casualties and arrests, underscoring the state’s capability to decisively counter threats to national security.

Official reports confirm that 32 FAH militants were killed, 17 injured, and 11 captured alive, marking a significant setback for the insurgent network and reaffirming the government’s commitment to maintaining law and order in the province.

Operations were carried out across Panjgur, Kharan, Kalat, Mastung, Turbat, and Quetta, targeting key BLA-linked cells and disrupting their operational and logistical structures.

  • Panjgur: Security forces achieved a major breakthrough with the elimination of commander Nazir alias Chakar along with seven of his associates. This operation dealt a critical blow to local militant leadership.
  • Kharan: A precision drone strike successfully destroyed a militant vehicle, killing four militants instantly.
  • Kalat and Washuk: Advanced American-origin weapons were recovered from trucks, indicating external support for insurgent activities.

Interrogations of captured militants revealed that they had been infiltrated into Pakistan through launch pads in Kunar and Kandahar, highlighting cross-border facilitation and external links to the ongoing militancy.

Authorities emphasized that the operations have not only weakened the manpower of FAH BLA networks but also disrupted their support infrastructure, severely limiting their capacity to carry out future attacks. The success of these operations underscores Pakistan’s superiority across land, air, and digital domains, demonstrating the state’s ability to act decisively against those undermining the province’s stability.

Security officials reaffirmed the state’s firm stance: anyone attempting to obstruct Balochistan’s peace, progress, and development will be met with a swift and decisive response. The ongoing operations send a clear message that militancy will not be tolerated and that law enforcement agencies remain fully alert.

The government and security forces continue to maintain heightened vigilance across the province, ensuring public safety and working toward the complete eradication of extremist networks.
