In a significant operation yesterday, a coordinated effort by local police and community members in Tap Takhti Khel, Lakki Marwat, resulted in the elimination of six terrorists, including a key commander.
During the confrontation, extremists opened fire, leading to the tragic deaths of a police officer and a civilian, while several others sustained injuries. Following the operation, police and local peace committees recovered the bodies of three of the terrorists. Authorities have confirmed that search and clearance operations are ongoing in the area to ensure the region’s safety and prevent any further terrorist activity.
