A jirga-style meeting at the District Bar focused on strengthening cooperation among different sections of society amid the continuing threat of terrorism in the district.
Participants highlighted the sacrifices made by police, civilians and lawyers during the fight against terrorism, stressing that continued unity remains essential to countering terrorist threats and maintaining peace.
The meeting also called for stronger efforts to address the spread of illegal weapons and the Kalashnikov culture, with participants emphasizing that effective restrictions and enforcement are necessary to improve the district’s security environment.
