In a decisive move against terrorism, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has approved a comprehensive plan to freeze the assets of terrorists and their facilitators, and to dismantle their operational networks across the province.

According to an official notification from the Home Department, all divisional and deputy commissioners have been instructed to initiate preparations for asset freezing under the Provincial Action Plan. The directive also mandates a full-scale investigation into the families and government-employed relatives of suspected terrorists, with data collection support from NADRA.

The move aims to cut off logistical and institutional support for terror elements. District-level meetings are to be held immediately to compile data and map out active or dormant networks.

Officials have emphasized that the groundwork is being laid for swift, targeted action in the coming days.
