KP Chief Minister Vows Full Support to Federation, Armed Forces Amid Indian Aggression

Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, strongly condemned India’s unprovoked aggression and affirmed complete solidarity with the federation and Pakistan’s armed forces, stating that the province stands ready to extend all possible support in the defense of national sovereignty.

According to a statement issued from the Chief Minister’s House in Peshawar, the KP Chief Minister termed the Indian attack a blatant violation of international laws and a grave threat to peace and stability in the region. “We categorically condemn India’s illegal and unjustified aggression. Pakistan’s national unity is unshakable, and KP stands shoulder to shoulder with the federation and our armed forces in this critical hour,” the statement read.

Ali Amin Gandapur further stated that the provincial government is fully prepared to provide any assistance required in safeguarding the country’s independence and national security. “The people and government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are united in defense of Pakistan,” he said.

The development comes after India launched a surprise attack on civilian areas in Pakistan under the cover of darkness last night, an act widely condemned as an open declaration of war.

In a swift and robust response, the Pakistan Armed Forces downed five Indian fighter jets, including three Rafale aircraft, and destroyed several military checkpoints, including a brigade headquarters. Reports confirmed that the Indian military raised white flags at the Chura Complex along the Line of Control, signaling surrender.

Earlier today, Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar addressed the media, confirming that the Indian army had surrendered by raising white flags after suffering significant losses. “Pakistan’s decisive response inflicted heavy damage on the enemy’s posts along the LoC, and multiple Indian positions were obliterated. Our forces also shot down five enemy aircraft and one drone,” he said.

Retaliatory operations by Pakistan’s military are ongoing, with consistent reports of further heavy losses inflicted upon the adversary.
