Colonel Sikandar, local wing commander of Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (North), visited the FC Training Hospital (FCTH) where he met with civilians injured in the recent attack in Tirah Valley’s Bagh Maidan.

During the visit, Colonel Sikandar inquired about the well-being of the wounded, praised their resilience, and assured them of the Frontier Corps’ full support. He reaffirmed that all available resources would be utilized to aid in their recovery and rehabilitation.

The injured civilians and their families expressed gratitude for the FC’s timely support and medical assistance, appreciating the solidarity shown by the force in a moment of crisis.

The hospital visit comes in the aftermath of a cowardly attack by Khawarij, who opened indiscriminate fire on peaceful protesters in Bagh Maidan, killing three civilians and injuring nine others. The attack, carried out from nearby hills, was widely condemned as a desperate attempt to sabotage peace and divide the local population and security forces. Injured victims were swiftly moved to FCTH Shakas, where they are receiving free medical treatment.
