Khawarij Killed 13-Year-Old in Tank’s Amakhel After Abuse Refusal, Locals Reveal

A horrifying incident, involving Khawarij, in the Amakhel area of Tank has shaken the local community, as residents accuse the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), declared by the state as Fitna al-Khawarij, of falsely blaming a young boy for poisoning their fighters, in what is now being revealed as a cover-up for a far more disturbing crime.

According to local sources, the 13-year-old boy was abducted from his home by Khawarij a few days ago. The next morning, his beheaded body was discovered dumped by the roadside, accompanied by a note claiming he had poisoned six terrorists.

However, community members have strongly rejected the Fitna Al-Khawarij’s claim, calling it a fabrication designed to deflect from the real reason behind the child’s killing. “How could a 13-year-old boy manage to poison six armed terrorists?” one resident asked. “Where are the bodies of those terrorists, if the claim is true? He wasn’t even involved in any group, how could he have prepared and served them food?”

Sources close to the victim’s family allege that the Khawarij had attempted to sexually exploit the boy, and when he refused, they killed him in cold blood and framed him with a false accusation to justify the act.

This isn’t an isolated case. In late April, an internal clash reportedly erupted between fighters of banned outfits TTP and Lashkar-e-Islam over the sexual exploitation of a minor boy. Prior to that, a teenage boy in Afghanistan shot and killed a Taliban commander, allegedly over a similar incident.

Adding to the disturbing pattern, a report earlier this year revealed that U.S. funding under the Biden administration allocated contraception supplies to Taliban-controlled Afghanistan, a detail that has raised eyebrows and drawn criticism, with many seeing it as a sign of misplaced priorities or implicit acknowledgement of ongoing abuses.

These events, taken together, expose the moral hypocrisy of groups like the Fitna Al-Khawarij and their ideological affiliates. While draping themselves in religious garb and claims of jihad, their actions reflect nothing but cruelty, corruption, and betrayal of innocent lives.

Local residents and rights activists are now demanding a thorough investigation into the boy’s murder, justice for his family, and stronger protection for children and civilians in terror-affected regions. The public mood is one of grief, anger, and growing resolve to push back against those who exploit religion to justify inhumanity.
