Karak – In a major crackdown against criminal and anti-social elements, Karak Police launched a successful search and strike operation in Bahadur Khel and surrounding areas, destroying several hideouts used by miscreants.
Acting on the directives of District Police Officer (DPO) Shehbaz Elahi, the operation was carried out in mountainous regions and nearby settlements with the aim of ensuring lasting peace in the district. According to police officials, the targeted operation was launched to eliminate criminal activity, restore law and order, and drive out lawbreakers from the hills.
Led by DSP Banda, along with circle SHOs, special teams, and police personnel equipped with modern weaponry and protective gear, the operation dismantled hideouts that had been used by criminal elements as shelters following cowardly acts aimed at disturbing peace and threatening public safety.
Police stated that the swift and effective response not only uprooted the influence of these elements but also helped restore a sense of security among local residents. The Karak Police reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining peace in collaboration with the community and vowed to continue such operations against lawless elements in the future.
