India’s Reckless Aggression Pushes Region to Brink of War: Pakistan Strikes Back with Decisive Force: DG ISPR

In a dramatic escalation of hostilities, Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry declared that India has not only endangered regional stability but has placed the peace of the entire world in jeopardy. Speaking at a critical juncture in Pakistan’s national defence, he revealed that the Pakistan Army decisively repelled a wave of Indian drone strikes across multiple cities late last night—sending a loud and clear message that aggression will be met with unflinching force.

“India committed a grave mistake,” warned the Army’s chief spokesperson, revealing that the enemy launched hostile drone attacks on no less than 12 locations, including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Attock, Bahawalpur, and even the outskirts of Karachi. The drones—launched under the cover of darkness—were destroyed in swift, coordinated action by Pakistan’s ever-vigilant troops. Wreckage from the downed Indian drones has been recovered from each targeted area, confirming yet another act of naked aggression by New Delhi.

The cowardly assault resulted in injuries to four Pakistan Army officers in Lahore and claimed the life of an innocent civilian in Miyano, Sindh. “Despite these provocations and tragic losses, our forces acted with surgical precision, neutralizing every single drone before it could unleash further harm,” Lt Gen Chaudhry confirmed.

But the most harrowing revelation came when he recounted India’s brutal overnight bombardment of civilian areas on May 6 and 7. In a brazen violation of international norms, Indian forces struck Muzaffarabad, Kotli, Bagh, Muridke, and Shakargarh—killing 31 innocent Pakistanis and injuring 57 more. “Targeting unarmed civilians is not just an act of war—it is a war crime,” the DG ISPR stated.

Pakistan’s response was immediate, fierce, and unequivocal. “We shattered India’s delusions of military supremacy by shooting down five of their fighter jets, including three of their much-touted Rafale aircraft. Multiple Indian military outposts in occupied Kashmir were also obliterated in precision strikes,” he revealed.

“India is staggering blindly toward self-destruction,” he added. “Having abandoned the path of diplomacy, it now threatens the peace of South Asia and beyond. But let it be known: Pakistan is not only prepared—we are resolute. We have both the will and the capability to respond to every act of aggression with overwhelming force.”

The latest episode marks one of the most dangerous escalations between the two nuclear-armed neighbours in recent years. As global powers watch the situation with growing alarm, Pakistan has vowed to defend its sovereignty at all costs—and has once again proven it will never allow enemy provocation to go unanswered.
