The leader of the Sikh for Justice movement, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, has strongly condemned what he described as terrorist attacks allegedly carried out under Indian patronage, denouncing them as deliberate acts of destabilization against Pakistan.
In a statement, the Sikh leader asserted that the recent terrorist attack in Pakistan’s Balochistan province was conducted with the backing of Indian intelligence agencies. He characterized the incident as part of a broader strategy aimed at undermining Pakistan’s internal security through the use of proxy militant groups.
Gurpatwant Singh Pannun further described the attack as a direct action against both Pakistani and American interests, alleging that India seeks to obstruct and discourage American investment in Pakistan by fomenting insecurity through terrorism. According to him, such actions are intended to create instability and deter international economic engagement.
The Sikh leader emphasized that India’s overarching objective is to destabilize Pakistan through sustained acts of terrorism, targeting not only security forces but also civilians and critical development prospects. He warned that such tactics pose serious threats to regional peace and international economic interests.
Meanwhile, security operations against terrorism continue in Balochistan. According to official sources, 197 terrorists affiliated with “Fitna-e-Hindustan” have been neutralized during ongoing counterterrorism operations aimed at restoring peace and stability in the province.
Security sources also confirmed that over the past three days, intense operations have resulted in the martyrdom of 22 security personnel and 36 civilians. Among the victims were women and children, highlighting the grave human cost of terrorism and the indiscriminate nature of militant violence.
Pakistan has reiterated its resolve to continue decisive action against terrorist networks and their facilitators, while calling for greater international awareness and scrutiny of state-sponsored terrorism that threatens regional stability, civilian lives, and global economic interests.
