Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, on Tuesday delivered a powerful address at Jinnah University for Women, asserting that no foreign conspiracy particularly the subversive actions of “Fitna-e-Hindustan”—can sever the deep-rooted bonds between the people of Balochistan and the state of Pakistan.
“Balochistan’s connection with Pakistan is cemented by shared faith, culture, and centuries-old traditions,” said the DG ISPR. “A handful of Indian-sponsored terrorists cannot undermine this enduring relationship.”
The statement was made during a special interactive session with students and faculty, where Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif also reflected on the success of Operation Bunyan-e-Marsous, an extensive security campaign that dismantled hostile networks and shattered India’s long-standing strategic illusions. He credited the people of Pakistan—particularly students—for their vital role in national resilience and narrative defence.
“This operation was not merely a military campaign, but a national movement,” he noted. “The courage and clarity of our youth dealt a decisive blow to the hybrid warfare waged by India. The unity of our people with the armed forces remains our greatest strength.”
Highlighting Pakistan’s principled stance on the Kashmir dispute, the DG ISPR reaffirmed, “Kashmir was, is, and shall forever remain the jugular vein of Pakistan.”
The session was marked by an enthusiastic reception as university administrators and students welcomed the DG ISPR with warmth and national fervour. During the interaction, students paid glowing tribute to the armed forces for their sacrifices and victories, and described the bond between the people and military as “unbreakable—yesterday, today, and always.”
Many students expressed keen interest in future engagements, requesting the armed forces to continue such sessions to raise awareness about national security, counter-terrorism efforts, and Pakistan’s geo-strategic challenges.
The event concluded with a resounding message: that Pakistan’s youth especially its young women—stand ready to defend the homeland in every domain, and remain pivotal to the country’s unity, stability, and strategic future.
