India Orchestrated Attack on School Children in Balochistan: SFJ Chief Pannun Urges Pakistan to Retaliate

In a grave and unprecedented statement, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, head of Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) and a leading voice of the global Khalistan movement, has accused the Indian government of masterminding a terrorist attack in Khuzdar, Balochistan that targeted a school bus carrying innocent children. He urged Pakistan to respond with full force, saying the blood of the victims cries out for justice.

In a video statement released on X (formerly Twitter), Pannun condemned what he described as “state-sponsored terrorism by the Modi regime,” revealing that Indian proxies, under direct orders from New Delhi, were behind the fatal attack. “India’s hands are soaked with the blood of innocent Baloch children,” he declared. “This was not just a terrorist attack — it was a war crime orchestrated from the highest offices in India.”

Pannun asserted that substantial evidence points to the involvement of Indian-backed terror networks. “Modi’s proxies struck in Balochistan with impunity, but their actions will not remain unanswered,” he warned. “The international community must no longer remain silent. We call upon the world’s militaries, institutions, and human rights bodies to hold India accountable before the peace of the entire region collapses.”

He further stated that the Sikh community worldwide stands shoulder to shoulder with the families of the slain children and with the people of Balochistan. “Every drop of blood spilled in Khuzdar demands justice. Pakistan has a right—indeed a duty—to respond.”

Pannun also reminded the global audience of India’s expanding track record of transnational repression. “This is the same India that has orchestrated the killings of Sikh leaders in Canada and the United States,” he said, referencing the expulsion of Indian diplomats by Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau last year after credible allegations surfaced of Indian intelligence links to targeted assassinations. A similar outcry followed the killing of a Sikh leader on American soil, drawing sharp rebukes from human rights groups.

He alleged that India’s intelligence agency, RAW, is running a global network of proxies engaged in covert attacks, including through banned terrorist outfits operating in Pakistan. “Organizations like the Balochistan Liberation Army are not just sheltered but trained by India. Terror training camps exist on Indian soil with the full knowledge and support of the Modi government,” Pannun claimed.

Citing Pakistan’s past success in exposing and neutralizing such covert operations, he recalled the case of Indian operative Raj Kumar Thapa — an officer disguised as an Additional Deputy Commissioner — who was eliminated during Operation Bunyad Marsous for orchestrating similar proxy networks in Indian-occupied Kashmir.

Pannun’s explosive remarks have sparked fresh calls for international scrutiny of India’s covert actions, as he continues to assert that the Modi government is using terrorism as a deliberate instrument of foreign policy. “This is not just about Balochistan,” he concluded. “It’s about a global pattern of impunity. And it must end.”
