India Commits War Crimes by Targeting Unarmed Pakistani Civilians in Brazen Act of Aggression

In a shocking escalation that has drawn international condemnation, Indian armed forces launched unprovoked attacks on Pakistani territory under the fabricated pretext of the so-called “Pahalgam Falls Flag Operation,” committing heinous war crimes and massacring innocent civilians in a brutal display of state terrorism.

According to credible security sources, Indian forces indiscriminately bombarded civilian areas on May 6 and 7, leaving at least 40 innocent Pakistanis martyred — including 15 children, seven women, and 18 men. As many as 121 civilians sustained critical injuries, among them 27 children and 10 women. The ruthless onslaught also claimed the lives of 13 brave personnel of Pakistan’s armed forces who heroically defended the motherland against the naked aggression.

In a deeply disturbing and callous admission, Indian Air Marshal A.K. Bharti publicly declared, “Even if civilians were killed, it is not our job to count them,” starkly exposing the Indian military’s utter disregard for human life, accountability, and international norms.

Defence experts and international observers view this assault as a deliberate violation of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions. “The overwhelming evidence of civilian casualties proves that India has crossed every moral and legal boundary,” stated a senior security analyst. “This was not just an act of war — it was an atrocity deliberately designed to terrorize an unarmed population.”

Experts further emphasized that Pakistan’s retaliatory strikes were measured, precise, and strictly limited to Indian military installations — a reflection of Pakistan’s commitment to responsible conduct even in the face of gross provocation.

India’s actions have unmasked its true face before the world — not as the so-called ‘largest democracy’ it claims to be, but as a belligerent state willing to trample on international law, human rights, and innocent lives to achieve its geopolitical aims.

Pakistan urges the United Nations, the International Criminal Court, and global human rights organizations to immediately take notice of India’s war crimes and hold its military and political leadership accountable. Failure to act will embolden further acts of barbarity and set a dangerous precedent for global peace and justice.
